Career Prospects

The focus of this course is on strategic logistics and transportation management. Issues in this area will be explored in depth and at a relatively advanced level. The student is expected to fully understand concepts and ideas around strategy and demonstrate competence in actually applying strategic thinking.

The Students after this course will acquire the relevant advanced academic and vocational logistics operations principles and skills. This would be enhanced by an understanding of how transportation modes support the smooth flow of goods between entities operating within global supply chains.

Graduates have a wide career choice in either the transport and Logistics field. Graduates may undertake the transport and logistics functions in various sectors, like government departments, logistics enterprises, passenger transport organizations, importers and exporters and trading companies.
