This unique qualification is designed to introduce learners to the essential skills required in the cruise and superyacht hospitality industry, including customer service excellence, corporate grooming and professional communication.

The programme combines theoretical and practical training in Cruise Hospitality Services, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage and Housekeeping operations. Graduates are prepared for entry-level roles onboard cruise ships, superyachts and within the wider hospitality industry.

It also provides a solid foundation for progression into further and higher education hospitality qualifications.
