Career Prospects
This unique qualification is designed to provide an introduction to the basic skills required in the cruise or superyacht hospitality industry, including customer service, corporate grooming and communication.
It will teach learners the theoretical and practical skills in Cruise Hospitality Services, in particular, the key functions of the Food and Beverage and Housekeeping functions.
The program will enable students to be able to apply for entry-level jobs in the Cruise Hospitality Services and Hospitality industries. It is also an ideal platform for a student to progress on to further and higher education qualifications, if desired.
Minimum Age :16 at Enrolment
This is an open access qualification ,wherever all students have completed full secondary education
All students must have Reasonable English fluency
