Diploma in Top Flight Executive Office Administration involves overseeing the day-to-day administrative tasks of a business or organization. Individuals pursuing in this field will learn basic office procedures, personnel oversight and how to use office technology such as phone lines, fax machines and computer operating systems.It allows the students to explore the concepts and processes leading to top quality office administrator and achievement of personal and organizational success.
The primary objectives of Diploma in Top Flight Executive Office Administration are to have sufficient exposure to the realities of the business world, through academic instructions closely coordinated with the business community; to have common foundation of knowledge and understanding concerning modern business through a core program consisting of general education and professional office administration; and to provide proper motivation for professional growth.
Duration
The normal duration of the Diploma Programme shall be one and half years of study. The Diploma Programme shall be made up of three (3) semesters normally comprising fifteen (15) weeks each.
Classification of a Diploma
The Diploma Certificate and the student’s transcript shall record that the student has been awarded the Diploma with the Subject of specialization indicated, and the classification accorded to the Diploma. The total number of notional teaching hours for the program is 720 hours.
Notification of Results
Results shall be published in accordance with the General Regulations.
